 Welcome to GAG Pest Control. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

GAG Pest Control offers pest management services for residential and commercial properties. Services include but are not limited to:

• General pest control
• Termite treatment and prevention
• Rodent control
• Bed bug treatment
• Crawl space moisture and ventilation solutions

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Clients can request appointments through our website and phone. While we strive to meet all scheduling requests, appointment times are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.  Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved checks.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be sent to collections.

Many of our services come with limited warranties or service guarantees. These will be outlined in your written service agreement or invoice. Warranty coverage may vary based on the service type, property condition, and treatment plan.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and pest concerns
• Follow all  pre- and post-treatment instructions
• Keep children and pets away from treated areas as advised
• Notify us of any changes to contact info or access instructions

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our content or branding without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through forms

GAG Pest Control is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from pest activity or treatment limitations. While we take every precaution to ensure safe and effective service, certain environmental or structural factors may affect outcomes.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
